With more than 20 years of experience and a strong background and expertise in telecommunication software products and services segments, Michael founded the company back in 2005 when it was known as Voice Ring.
His first company, Touch-Talk, Inc., was the first Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software tools company to use a hardware bus-style communications mechanism designed to allow software modules to communicate more efficiently.
